This is my ATC for think Monday - Think ATC. The theme today is "ice blue".The image is from The Ephemera Book CD. I added blue ink to the image. The snowflakes are embossed with with detail embossing powder.
The word, "snow" is stamped with blue ink and then has several layers of ultra thick embossing powder embossed on it. This was my first time working with this powder.
The half round glass marble has snow patterned paper under it.
