Old Barn Roof - Think Monday - Think ATC
This is my entry for the Think Monday - Think ATC challenge. This image is from Scrapbook Factory Deluxe bonus graphics CD. I printed the image out on old newpaper patterned paper and the image was barely showing. Then I decided to draw over it and then water color over that.
I think old barns are the most interesting architecture around here. This is an old Gambrel roof barn which is what my old barn out in the back is. I love that the mountains are barely showing in the background as we are at the foothills of the mountains here and catch beautiful glimpes of them depending upon where we are at around here.

This is my absolute favorite! I love old barns, and I love the use of newsprint in art. I started my digital art journey using Scrapbook Factory Deluxe. It's a great stepping stone! Wonderful work. Thanks for sharing your process.
I love the nostalgia of these roofs, so typical of what we still see dotting our prairie areas. What a great ATC, love it.
Fantastic ATC!
Nancy, what a wonderful ATC this is. I love old barns too and used to do them in oil paintings. You did a great job of redrawing and coloring the card.
Looks great!
