This is another postcard that I did for a friend in my local altered book club. Her theme was fairies. She also likes cats so I made her a cat fairy. I did not show the back of her postcard because her personal info is back there. I painted the background and altered the child's photo to add wings to her.

postcards
Here are two postcards that I have created. This one is a vintage sewing/fashion postcard for my online art group, AAWA. I show the back and front of this card because I have not put any personal info on the back of this one. The red square on the left of the postcard is a vintage needle package front and the ad for the tape measure is from a 1904 Sears Roebuck catalog. The scissors is a Crafty Secrets Stamp and the tape measure is from printed paper. The "sewing" around the card is also a stamp. The dressform and sewing machine are on printed paper.

Love both the sewing postcard and the cat fairy card.
I still have to sit down and create my sewing themed postcard. I absolutely LOVE your cat fairy postcard. So darn cute. Where did you find the photo of the little girl with the kitty in her lap?
