Beads and earrings

I bought a cute dress at the beach in this color and found these beads at Black Market Beads at the beach. This is the necklace and earrings that I made to go with my dress.

Good Goalie - Soccer - TMTA

This is my ATC for this week's theme of soccer at TMTA this week. This is a modern art interpretation of a goalie going for the ball. I thought the background showed energy and the staples represent the good goalie who holds the game together.

Weeds are Flowers too - TMTA

This is my ATC for Think Monday, Think ATC. The theme is herbs/weeds. My favorite herb is dill weed. I think it is so pretty and it also is weedy so I think it is especially appropriate for this week's theme.

corner bookmark swap

These are corner bookmarks that I made for a swap for my art group (AAWA - An Affair with Art). They are 4" from the top to the bottom of each end and then rounded with decorative scissors. They have an actual envelope corner on the inside so that they will slide over a book page. I thought that a Summer escape theme might be nice.

This is my entry for this weeks theme of Ships/boats on Think Monday-Think ATC. You have to look hard but there is a white compass behind the mast in the background and the word "Journey" below the ship.

This is my ATC for Think Monday - Think ATC. The theme this week is fish. I started out doing my ATC with matboard and inked it. Then I added layers of Utee ultra thick embossing powder and embedded my fish in it. It curled a little even though I used matboard so I put it under a big book and then it cracked but that's ok because I kind of like the cracked look.
